These forms help us ensure we have all the information necessary to complete your repair. Also, if you've emailed us please send copies of email correspondence or reference SEE EMAILS FROM ... for more details. We handle A LOT of customer emails and questions and these often quickly move down in our inbox prior to your stuffy making it to our home.
You are responsible for paying for the shipping of your stuffed animal to Winey Bears. The price of the service includes the return shipping from Winey Bears back to your home.
There are instances where the material is simply too old to be repaired. If that is the case we will refund you your money minus the return shipping.
A fluff and stuff can be returned within 2 weeks of when we receive it. A repair can take 2-3 weeks and a restoration can take up to 4 weeks.
We use a variety of materials. We try our best to match color and texture. This can be difficult depending on age/make etc. All stuffed animals are stuffed with polyester fiber fill.

Absolutely! If you have a certain material or product you would like used you can always supply your own materials. Some folks even send duplicates purchased on-line for replacements parts. This is entirely up to you. If you don't provide your own parts we will do our best to source the best options available.
The cleaning process will likely brighten your stuffed animal. We also brush them which will give them more fluff. When matching materials or eyes/nose we cannot always get an exact match. This is in part due to available materials that match ALL AGES of stuffed animals but also it's hard to replicate years of love on material. Always include a note with any specific instructions to help us best meet your expectations.
