We offer 15 minute zoom calls while your stuffed animal is at Winey Bears getting repaired. Once we receive your package we will reach out via email to schedule your zoom call. Our goal is to help your child know their stuffed animal is in good hands while we clean and repair them so you they can hug them for the years to come.
