Priority Mail is included in standard fee*.
The price of your service includes return shipping fees with use of Priority Mail via USPS with Tracking. You are responsible for shipping of the stuffed animal to us. *Extra large packages and packages outside of the US may require additional shipping charges.

How will my order be shipped?
We typically ship using USPS Priority Mail. In some instances we will ship via UPS or Fed Ex Ground if shipping fees are less or upon request and for an additional fee.
Once shipped, how long will it take to receive my order?
It will take 5-7 business days for FedEx “Ground Delivery” in the Continental US. “Priority Mail” takes two to five days.
What if I want my package left in a special place?
Your package will be shipped to the address provided on your order form. If you need a different address please notify customercare@wineybearsrepair.com and include a note in the box as well.
Can I ship faster than Ground Delivery?
We do not ship expedited to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses or International locations. need to get additional charges from 704-929-1880.
Can I ship express or request special shipping?
If you require Next Day Express or special shipping services, call 704-929-1880.
Can I ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO address?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship expedited services to PO Boxes or Military addresses.
How will I know when my stuffed animal arrived?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. To check on delivery status, click directly on the tracking number provided. Please note that it may take 24 hours before information appears on the carrier’s website.
If you think your order is late, please keep in mind:
Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days. During peak holiday seasons it can take longer.
Credit card authorization must be received prior to our processing your order.
UPS delivers Monday through Friday. USPS Priority Mail delivers Monday through Saturday.
What if a package arrives damaged?
Claims for damaged goods must be reported to the mail carrier to report a claim with them directly first. Please notify us as well so we can track issues with any specific carriers. However, once it leaves our home we are no longer in its care and it is now the responsibility of the postal carrier.
Do you ship International orders?
Yes, we ship International via Express Mail from the US Post Office. This is a service that can be tracked and insured.
